Our Mission

We, as people, always found that stretching was the best pain killer, but also tedious to get along with. The reasons were many: we didn’t know what exercise to pick, what social media pages to follow for the best and correct advices or how much time we needed for it to be effective etc… Studying and researching all these things was very time consuming and tiring but we had to do it for our own freedom, else we’d have our life limited by our bodies.

Then we, as founders, decided to bring stretching to everybody with Stretchate: free, guided, equipment and location free, and most importantly made for every person independently from their age, sport experience or occupation. Because we believe that business is all about optimizing things in order to live a better life, and moving pain free is surely one of these things.

We aim to transform stretching into a daily-worldwide-habit, not something niche or spiritual centered, just movement, a tool to decrease all kind of injuries globally without spending a cent.

Hey, I'm Francesco Zanoncelli, I believe stretching should be as normal as brushing your teeth, and just as free from mystical nonsense.

I’m not into chakras, energy flows, or whispering to my hamstrings. To me, stretching is basic body upkeep, something you do daily so your spine doesn’t file for early retirement. It’s not about enlightenment, it’s about not feeling like a 90-year-old after sitting for two hours.

I like building things that make sense, and stretching, done right, done often, just makes sense.
No hype. No incense. Just a practical habit that keeps your body running without squeaking.

Hi i’m Leonardo Scarfò, ex-disc-herniation self made survivor with an urge to make life easier in order to make space for enjoying things that matter.

I’ve always been into sports until I was 14yo. Then I was told I could never ever practice again and even walking caused me unbelievable pain. I spent years studying stretching and functional training on my own until I came back on my feet.

I believe that stretching should become a daily worldwide activity in the life of every person to live a healthy and eventful life, without your achy body getting in the way. Always available for the things that matter, that’s the goal; a basketball game with your friends, a trek with your wife or a simple pain-free walk with your elder mother. We all have a life outside of our job and I believe it’s a right to live it at the fullest.
