Our Mission

We always knew stretching helped, but actually doing it consistently felt impossible. What exercises should I do? For how long? Where do I even start? Figuring all that out took years of studying, failing, and trying again.

That's why we're building Stretchate. Free, guided, no equipment needed. Made for anyone regardless of what they do for a living, their age or how active they are. Because moving without pain shouldn't require a research project. It should be as normal as drinking water.

"I was into sports until I was 14. Then a disc herniation took everything away, and even walking became painful. I spent years studying stretching and functional training on my own until I got back on my feet. That experience never left me. I'm building Stretchate because I believe your body shouldn't stand between you and the things that matter. A game with friends, a hike with someone you love, a simple walk without wincing. That's it. That's the whole point."
